Special cat is one in every 1000 cat. Also there are levels in the special cats's world.
They can birth control of their owner/minions so that cats
never be turned adrift.
And they decide owner's work, partner, way of investments or life span.
Maybe, a person who loves only dogs are not fond of cat lovers.
Cat lovers don't care about others.
This is an "extreme" example but my relatives are divided into two sections.
Dog owner and lover want to live without any supports as much as possible.

Cat owner and lover don't hesitate to take support from others.
They are good at acting and have a strong sympathy for weak.
(Sometimes dependent, arbitrary and can live in a severe society)
By the way, do not bury your pet corpse in your garden or property.
No good in many ways.
Never bury them in human's grave.
This is an old style of cursing magic towards enemy.
Very bad things will happen to enemy's descendants.
Except criminal, human are higher exists then animals
because people are reflection of one highest God.
