Silence is golden and it means two.
1,Talking is really difficult.
You need wisdom and dignity to talk to others.
And also you have to know what should not to talk.
2,Silence in your mind is gold too.
Interestingly enough,speaking to yourself and if it is bad things,causes power leakage.
Because human is a kind of storage battery.
Your body and mind may be tired when you want to talk to yourself.
Offensive mutter/murmur is especially bad.
If you have quiet world in your heart and never speak ill of people,
you are already a true winner.
To get a bright future you hope,you need to keep own energy to certain degree.
(Do not touch other's body as much as possible.Family's body is OK)
Please imagine a simple grass field of spring season in your mind.
You don't have to do meditation.
Sitting training is old fashioned and meaningless.
Just make a quiet world in your mind and keep it always.
Your future is made from what you "did".
In addition,your action/behavior/attitude is stronger than thinking and speaking.
Action,Effort > Speaking > Writhing > Thinking
But your thinking's energy makes your aura and atmosphere immediately and
it will affect your action in the future.
We can choose what is better to do.
Because God gave us only perfect freedom.
