Kinako is roasted soybean flour/powder.
Very aromatic and tasty.
I would like to introduce my easy recipe of Kinako paste.
<Ingredients>
Kinako, honey, a little bit of butter or coconut oil, pinch of salt.
Don't forget to add salt.
Mix it well like this.↑
I sometimes eat kinako paste with bread,pancakes or banana.
It is like a peanut butter but it has stronger aroma.
And I also like kinako ice cream and kinako-mochi.
How to make Kinako-mochi.
There is dried square cut mochi in Japanese super market.
1, Broil mochi
2, Dip it into hot water or boiled water.
3, Cover with kinako powder.
(Kinako:sugar = 2:1 and pinch of salt)
