Jomon period(14,000-300BC)
Japanese original ancestor, Jomon people.(Jomon-Jin)
They were high sensitive religious people.
They thanked nature very much and they knew that
whole Universe is God.
Current Japanese still have Jomon's animism spirit as Shinto.
Japanese main religion is not Buddhism because it is very new.
Original Japanese had defined,chiseled and sculpted facial features.
Next Yayoi period,Eurasian continental people like visited and settled in Japan.
They are called Yayoi-Jin.Soft and subtle facial futures.
So,current Japanese are mix of original and some continental people.
But original Japanese blood is still living as rare Ainu people.
They have secret male's YAP gene from the Mars.Hebrew and other few people have it too.
It is said that YAP gene holders have less aggression.
Other Asian men don't have the gene.
Original Japanese people were omnivorous and they ate anything with gratitude for foods.
It is Shinto's concept.(Nature worship)
Eating foods means living with the foods forever and it is very sacred act more than you think.
There is still eating ritual in current Japan.
Nutrient balance is important.
Your body composes the best energy automatically when you eat various foods "all-at-once" and your body and mind work healthily.
Many people visit psychiatry without a eating good balance meal.
Especially,meat is high protein and multi vitamin,amino acid food.
If you are middle ages or more,eat meat more.
Old people needs high protein food to keep their health.
Omnivorous people's power of aura looks strong.
It prevents possession by bad spirits.
Don't avoid eating meat.Don't avoid specific foods extremely.
Avoiding-mind causes other health problems that you don't realize.
Please eat foods that your old ancestors had already been eating.
